Hello 👋, I’m Wael Kourich, a software developer based in Kenitra, Morocco. My journey into the tech world began with a passion for cybersecurity, particularly in penetration testing.

I was fascinated by the intricacies of system vulnerabilities and ethical hacking practices, which led me to immerse myself in cybersecurity competitions and gain hands-on experience in identifying and mitigating security threats.

During my college years, I honed my skills in penetration testing, developing a strong foundation in cybersecurity. However, as I continued to explore the diverse landscape of technology, I found myself equally captivated by the creative challenges of software development.

This curiosity drove me to transition into full-stack development, where I could leverage my cybersecurity knowledge to build robust and secure applications. I combined my passion for cybersecurity with the creativity of coding, working on diverse projects ranging from web to mobile applications.

Today, as Vp of engineering at @Evold, I lead a team in developing cutting-edge software solutions. My background in cybersecurity provides a unique perspective, ensuring that our products not only push technological boundaries but also maintain the highest standards of security and reliability.
